Courtney describes a warning she received from an inner voice that was not hers, and a seemingly connected shadow entity that she encountered around a series of unfortunate events in her life. The presence feels mostly positive, but activity intensifies every year near the anniversary of those events. We talk about how the paranormal seems attracted to people going through major transitional changes in their lives, and we discuss boundary-setting and journaling as a means of coping and moving forward.
